1. How much does shipping cost, and how long does it take?
Orders ship free within the 48 contiguous United States — no minimum purchase. Other U.S. destinations require a shipping quote. In-stock orders are processed in 1–2 business days, and most arrive within 5–10 business days depending on location.
2. Is the stone real, or is it faux/resin?
Real. Every KOVILLE piece is cut from genuine natural stone — marble, onyx, travertine, and more. Because it's a natural material, each piece has one-of-a-kind veining and color.
3. What if my order arrives damaged, or I change my mind?
For non-quality issues, returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery. If your item arrives damaged in shipping, report it within 14 calendar days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement. Custom pieces are final sale.
4. Can I request a custom size, stone, or design?
Yes. We offer custom stonework, from product processing to high-end made-to-order pieces. Contact us with your dimensions and preferred stone for a quote.
5. How do I care for my natural stone?
It's simple — wipe with a soft damp cloth, dry immediately, and avoid acids like vinegar and lemon. For the full routine, see our Stone Care guide.
6. Is there a warranty?
