Orders over $50 ship free within the U.S. In-stock orders are processed in 1–2 business days, and most arrive within 5–10 business days depending on location.
2. Is the stone real, or is it faux/resin?
Real. Every KOVILLE piece is cut from genuine natural stone — marble, onyx, travertine, and more. Because it's a natural material, each piece has one-of-a-kind veining and color.
3. What if my order arrives damaged, or I change my mind?
For non-quality issues, returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery. If your item arrives damaged in shipping, report it within 7 days with photos and we'll arrange a replacement. Custom pieces are final sale.
4. Can I request a custom size, stone, or design?
Yes. We offer custom stonework, from product processing to high-end made-to-order pieces. Contact us with your dimensions and preferred stone for a quote.
5. How do I care for my natural stone?
