We offer competitive shipping rates on all orders, with free shipping available for qualifying bulk purchases.

Our samples ship free to the Lower 48 United States.

In-stock orders are usually shipped within 72 hours of your order date.
Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before receiving your tracking information.

We expect most orders to be delivered within 5-10 business days.

We are currently only shipping to the 48 contiguous United States,(excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories) .

If you are shipping to AK, HI, PR, U.S. Virgin Islands or a remote location, such as a military base or an island accessible only by air or ferry, we will calculate the shipping after the order is processed online. You can also email at kovilleofficial@bestcheer.com and our sales reps will help you process the order with the respective shipping adjustment.

All our products are carefully packaged and protected for safe transport. When you purchase multiple products, we’ll try to ship your entire order in one box; however, sometimes multiple shipments may be required. If you don’t receive all items at once, please don’t worry — simply contact our customer service team at  kovilleofficial@bestcheer.com  for assistance.

*Special circumstances such as large orders, new product launches or days of restocking may result in extended shipping times. If this is the case, we will note the estimated shipping dates on the product page.

Shipping Policy

Tracking and Delivery

You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note that it may take longer during events or holidays.

Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.

If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.

 

Please note that once the products are delivered, Koville will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

 

 

Delivery Time Exceeded

If your order is delayed, please contact us via email kovilleofficial@bestcheer.com, we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.

 

 

Shipping Changes & Cancellations

Before shipment (Same Day):

- Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order by contacting kovilleofficial@bestcheer.com during business hours(Pacific Standard Time 17:00 ) on the same day you place the order. Cancellations are not confirmed until you receive a valid confirmation email from our customer support team.

 

- Address Change: Change of address: Free if order was placed the same day and we are contacted during business hours(Pacific Standard Time 17:00 ).

 

- Product Replacement: Change of model: Free if order was placed the same day and we are contacted during business hours(Pacific Standard Time 17:00 ).

Please Note***: Shipments are scheduled to process and ship the next working day after your purchase, it cannot be altered then.

 

 

After shipment (Next Day):

- Order Cancellation: Any order that has already been shipped (you have received a tracking number) will be subject to a 5% processing fee, as well as initial shipping and return shipping costs.

- Address Change: A rerouting fee will apply. The estimated arrival time must be more than 2 days away.

- Product Replacement: You will be responsible for the initial shipping fee and the return shipping cost of the original product.
