Wow what a wonderful product! Such great quality and it’s absolutely stunning. This could be used for shaving or many other things. Could be used for a chip dip bowl. Comes with a silicone pad that you can put on the bottom so it doesn’t move on the surface that it’s placed on. Heavy and real marble.

There's nothing special or particularly great about the included brushes, but the bowl is wonderful. The bowl alone is a good buy for the price. The brushes are more course than most synthetics, but I'm actually OK with that.

This is one sturdy shaving mug. It's heavy enough you can just swirl the shaving brush on the soap to create lather without picking the mug up. The non-skid pad on the bottom helps keep the mug in place. I left my last shaving mug at a friends and needed a new mug.I am glad I forgot my old mug. It looks like I will have this mug for a very long time.

The marble bowl in this set is gorgeous. It is a sparkly white marble with grey veining. There is barely any shine (polish) to it so the natural beauty of the marble takes center stage.

This is a very nice bowl. The brushes that accompany it are well made and feel nice on the skin. The bowl is small, deep, and easy to clean. Would make a great gift. Can be used for many things. Looks great on the counter or shelf.

Assembly was easy as I just wiped the bottom with isopropyl alcohol, before adhering on the rubber grip pad. I already use a genuine badger hair lather brush, so these included brushes will serve as back ups or items to give as gifts to loved ones. I like to shave with a shavette (disposable bladed version of a straight razor) and I'm looking forward to a nice warm lather next time instead of my large mug that goes cold quickly. The bowl definitely has a nice heft to it that makes it unlikely to get knocked around too easily like a mug can. Also $36 is reasonable for this set since it comes with two lather brushes.

I only have experience with one other shaving bowl ever, and it’s one I bought for my husband about a month ago when he decided he wanted a bowl and a brush to go with his shaving soap. I did research and bought the best ones I could find. That bowl cost $34.99. This one is every bit as nice. It’s pure creamy white with just a touch of mottled translucence, and it came with two brushes. The bristles on those feel synthetic, and they’re not as nice as the boar bristle one I bought for him that cost about $20. But this bowl is definitely just as nice, if not nicer, and the brushes are just a bonus to get started with. I’m very pleased to have my very own shaving bowl – woohoo!
