The low round incense holder, in Dandong Green, made to be handled daily.
At first glance it is an olive-green ground; closer up, layered veining in deeper and lighter green, with tones that stay calm even where the veining turns bold. The overall feeling is layered and calm, and it sits easily beside wood, linen, and ceramic, and it settles in quickly. On a low round incense holder of this size, the veining has room to breathe, and each piece shows a slightly different passage of the stone.
Cut for daily life The block is sawn to shape, the edges are eased by hand, and the face is honed so the veining stays the focus; the weight is reassuring, and the base sits flat without wobbling; left to age naturally and gain familiarity with use. Gorgeous! I use my incense bowl all day everyday. I control the inevitable ash ‘mess’ by setting the incense bowls (I have four) inside lovely, seldom used crystal or blown glass serving bowls.

This is a very attractive, heavy holder. The brass incense holder has 9 holes for different-sized incense sticks it a good idea--although it has 9 holes, there appear to be only 3 different sizes. The brass holder is not secured to the larger marble cup. I sort of wish it was so that you'd be less likely to lose it. I might get some double-sided tape to secure it in place.A small 3M pad is included if you want to put 4 small padded feet on the bottom. I didn't use them because the marble bottom is very smooth and does not appear as if it would ever scratch anything.I have a couple of cheaper holders made out of wood that hold the incense stick at about a 45 degree angle. I prefer this one because, it looks better and holds the stick upright where, in theory, it should burn a bit slower. I will probably toss out my other holders.In summary, this is a very attractive, well-made incense holder if you want to upgrade to a higher quality holder.

Not exactly — and that is the point. Every piece is cut from natural stone, so veining, tone, and natural markings vary from piece to piece. The photographs illustrate the character of the stone rather than an identical pattern; your piece will have its own one-of-a-kind pattern.
How do I clean and care for natural stone?

What is your return policy?
Items in brand-new condition with no quality issues can be returned within 14 days of delivery, and items with quality problems can be replaced within 30 days. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process; return shipping for non-quality returns is the customer's responsibility.
