Wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing this item. The ball doesn’t support the weight of the my small incense. So disappointing. Looks nice but not worth it.

The ball that holds the incense up is too light and the incense is falling over.

This looks really nice in my space. It’s a hefty piece of marble. Totally worth it.

The incense holder is beautiful however the gold ball that it comes with does not hold the incense. The ball is not heavy enough and will rock and move when you put an incense in. I was going to return it but I ended up using gorilla glue to stick the ball to the holder and it stayed.

I ended up taking this to Goodwill. The quality of the actual ash tray was nice. But.... as soon as you put the incense in the little gold ball, the incense would fall over and lay directly on the tray. It was really heavy too. Overall, needs improvements and there are better options out there

Overall, I would say this is a very nice incense burner. The white marble gives it a classic, elegant look, and it feels substantial in the hand. It’s definitely marble, and it has that hefty, grounded presence you expect. The brass-looking ball where you place the incense stick is a nice touch, though it isn’t attached to the plate. That’s both a positive and a drawback — it supports the incense well, but it wobbles slightly since the stone isn’t perfectly flat. I’m planning to glue it down ✨. Aesthetically, though, it’s very pleasing, and considering the price, I really like it.

I have recently taken back up the joy of burning incense. I was looking for an incense holder that wasn't a cheap wooden one or something you usually see. I found this marble incense holder and it has been a perfect find. I love cararra marble and I will admit I had to purchase and send back a few due to defects in the marble (but that was a personal issue lol). I finally got one that was perfect with no defects and I love it. It is heavy and sturdy. It comes with foam pads to place on the bottom and then a little brass ball where you put the actual incense. For some incense with longer sticks it is a little top heavy so I just balance it behind the stone piece but otherwise it has been my favorite incense purchase!!

Love it. You will need to glue the ball down somehow though. I used 3M VHB tape.

UPDATE:While this product did not work for stick incense, the seller went beyond to make things right. Therefore, my original rating has changed from 2-stars to 5-stars.ORIGINAL 2-star REVIEW:The metal "ball" intended to hold the incense is not large enough and/or heavy enough to counteract the weight and length of an incense stick. Completely unusable for stick incense.

Very pretty incense holder, and good quality! However, I decided to just gorilla glue the gold ball to the marble so it doesn’t move. Some incense are too heavy for the gold ball to hold, so it just makes it easier to glue the ball. Problem solved.

La base en marbre est magnifique, mais la sphère en or pour y mettre l’encens doit être fixée (elle n’est pas suffisamment lourde pour maintenir l’encens et rien n’est inclus afin de corriger cette problématique)

Pretty but the gold ball that you put the incense in falls

It gets a single star because it is pretty but completely useless. The "weighted" ball that holds the incense is too light so even a standard stick tips it over. Completely defeats the purpose and I have to stick a pencil or pen under it so it doesn't fall down. Don't waste your money.

I’ve been looking for something simple for my incense. The product arrived on time and intact. The design is simple and elegant. The marble is beautiful, and the machine job on the brass holder has a few slight defects, but nothing detracts from the design. Very happy with it....**Update** Still love the design, there are a few design flaws, but they were not deal breakers for me....the incense hole is about twice as big as it needs to be in addition the brass ball needs to be "held" down with museum paste or some other adhesive or it will fall when the incense is in place.

I love the aesthetic of this burner. I wish I could use it more, but my wife is sensitive to the incense smells. Nice quality.

Very happy with this incense holder. This thing is solid. It has a very elegant and upscale look. Picked this up to go in my dining room and it looks fantastic. The gold incense holder is a separate piece and has some weight to it, just be careful not to lose it. Comes with six stick on foam feet to protect what ever you put it on. I love the look and would definitely recommend!
