Namib Bianco, cut for the double-bar towel rack, with the pattern falling differently on every piece.

Namib Bianco shows a bright, milky-white ground, with soft gray veins drifting across it, so no two pieces read exactly alike. Nothing about the Namib Bianco pattern is painted on, so the surface changes as the light moves across it, leaving the stone's own rhythm visible. The honed finish keeps the Namib Bianco looking natural, and the double-bar towel rack feels cool and substantial in the hand, with the grain running exactly where it should.

Made for the vanity The double-bar towel rack is worked from a single piece of Namib Bianco, with the veining left to fall where it may, with softened corners and a calm profile. It holds towels within reach and keeps the vanity orderly, with the Namib Bianco adding calm weight to the room, with edges softened by hand.

Solid towel rack

This towel rack was easy to assemble and came with an allen key but you still need a small screwdriver to secure the bars. Being marble, the base is very heavy which is great so it won't tip over, but I still find this pretty expensive at $75 for what it is. The nickel is also a very dull silver. It's fine for what it is, but you have to also make sure you fold your towel(s) a certain way so they don't flop over the side. It would be nice if it came in different colors (the bars themselves, not just the base.)

Well made. Solid base.

This is a solid towel rack. You can feel the weight as soon as you lift it. It came very well packaged.Installation was straight forward. It helps to have an extra set of hands. My wife and I put it together in less than 10 minutes. It's stylish. The marble base is heavy with rubber feet so it doesn't wobble or fall over even with wet towels. It's the perfect height to sit next to the bath tub. It can easily hold 4 full size towels. At $75 I think it's a bit on the pricier side, but overall I would recommend it.

Sturdy

This a very sturdy towel rack that suits its purpose well. I actually chose to spray pain the silver with a matte black color to better match my bathroom. I think it turned out great and I wish it was offered in a black to begin with. The marble base is very pretty and quite heavy so I haven't had any issues with it tipping or dropping items. I didn't know I needed a free standing towel rack but it is absolutely perfect for a freestanding tub!

Installation Tips & Tarnishing? Fine for towels, too small for bath sheets

Installation Tips: I'd have expected it to be a bit better value and more precision cut to prevent it from getting so crooked without additional effort. I found this easier to put together if I put together the bolt and washers together, flipped the baseplate upside down, and lined up the stand. The bolt then got tightened until the last two turns. After that, I laid down some paper and put it on the counter top to line up the stand and prevent it from being all crooked. The bolts got tightened.Otherwise, the quality of the base plate seems solid, and the weight does give it additional stability vs accidental taps. The provided grips also prevent it from sliding around. It looks nice enough, though the metal bits need to be wiped down, as they were tarnished and dirty at first but cleaned up well.Size-wise, the're okay for normal towels, as the width measure 19.5" with two heights of 28" and 32". The normal towels I have are 30" wide and half length of 28", which is fine even on the smaller size. However, for bath sheets, mine are 34" wide and 34" half length, which makes it too short, which is fine, as they aren't advertise for bath sheets, just something to keep in mind.Overall, solid value, just some nitpicking for the value.

Modern and stylish towel rack

It looks better than I expected! Assembly is required, but it was easy: attach the poles to the base, and attach the cross bars at the top. Each top bar has a couple of exposed screws, but they are tiny and you won’t notice them. The screws at the base are hidden. It comes with a tool that’s a hex wrench on one end and a screwdriver on the other, since you need both. The marble base is really solid and provides enough weight to keep the rack steady. It comes with stick-on pads you put on the unfinished bottom of the base so you won’t scratch your floor, and to give it extra grip. My only concern is the little metal flanges at the bottom between the base and the vertical poles. I’m not sure how that piece is going to handle humidity, splashes, or dripping from wet towels. Time will tell, but overall it’s a pretty stylish and solid towel rack.

Sturdy and practical rack

This is a hefty stand that is pretty easy to build! There are 8 screws, but that's the only thing you need to do to put this together. At first, I was concerned one of the bars had crooked screws, but then I realized there is a bit of wiggle room and you need to make sure you have the metal part straight with the base before you finish tightening the screws. It was easy to loosen and fix.The base is a heavy marble and looks nice and keeps it in place. Two slightly different rack heights makes it easier to hang towels or laundry. I have one of these byy washing machine for items that can't go in the dryer. And I have this one for the weight room where my boys sometimes take off a shirt or need to hang a towel.

Smashed bottle tops

Large Ito En bottles of green tea are thrown all over the inside packaging. The bottle tops are all smashed in (all 6 bottles). It has happened before and I will not order them again!

Attractive and functional

This item is very sturdy and solid. Assembly was easy, though you do have to be careful to not insert the screws in the wrong direction. While it's a little smaller than I expected, the size is quite adequate for its intended use. The base is very heavy so there is little chance of it tipping, and it makes a handsome, unobtrusive addition to the room.

short, twisty vertical bars, easily bendable. Looks ok but it's not very durable.

This towel bar has a few good points, but also needs a lot of help. The stainless steel frame and white stone base look good, and it has a clean, modern appearance. It only comes in one color, would be better if it came in rubbed bronze and other colors that match bathroom setups. The issues include it being far too short. It's great for a kid, but for an adult, it's only about waist high, and really needs to be taller. My "Bath Sheet" style towels, and beach towels are far too long and end up nearly dragging on the floor. Also the bars twist very easily, so it's difficult to keep them aligned and parallel, which depending on your OCD'ness, you may find really annoying as they will constantly be out of alignment with each other. The base comes with 2 small metal plates to put under the poles. These are intended to prevent the poles from cracking the stone when you tighten the bolts. These plates were obviously an afterthought, and they're not as clean as the rest of the stainless steel parts.Overall it's an ok stand, but it's small and flimsy, so just be careful pulling towels off of it.

Elegant and Stable Space-Saver

This freestanding towel rack is an excellent solution for smaller bathrooms or renters who want to avoid drilling into walls. The genuine marble base is high-quality and provides enough weight to prevent tipping, even with multiple towels. The two-tier T-shape design is both modern and functional, comfortably holding full-sized bath towels on the taller bar (approx. 30") and hand towels on the shorter one. Assembly is straightforward, taking about 10 minutes. While it has a compact footprint, the polished stainless steel finish and stone base give it a premium, refined look that complements modern decor. Highly recommended for those seeking a blend of style and stability.

FAQs

Common questions about shipping, stone care, and returns.

Is shipping really free?

Yes — all U.S. orders ship free with no minimum purchase, and samples are included. For delivery outside the United States, please contact us at sales@koville.com for availability and rates.

How long will my order take to arrive?

In-stock orders usually ship within 72 hours, and most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days. Orders with laser engraving take a little longer: we email you a proof first, and production begins only after you approve it.

Will my piece look exactly like the product photos?

Not exactly — and that is the point. Every piece is cut from natural stone, so veining, tone, and natural markings vary from piece to piece. The photographs illustrate the character of the stone rather than an identical pattern; your piece will have its own one-of-a-kind pattern.

How do I clean and care for natural stone?

Wipe with a soft cloth and warm water with a drop of mild, pH-neutral soap, then dry. Avoid acidic cleaners such as vinegar or lemon, which can etch the surface. For more guidance, see our Stone Care guides.

What is your return policy?

Items in brand-new condition with no quality issues can be returned within 14 days of delivery, and items with quality problems can be replaced within 30 days. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process; return shipping for non-quality returns is the customer's responsibility. See the full refund policy for details.

Can I return or exchange a personalized item?

Items with custom laser engraving are made to order to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged.
